Come along side us in helping your local community
The Emergency Care Help Organization (ECHO) supports the southeastern Hillsborough County Community with assistance for families in need of emergency food, clothing and stability programs. We encourage corporations and local businesses to join with ECHO to support the community.
Our work depends on the generous support of organizations and their employees across the Tampa Bay area, and our professional and dedicated team have a record of developing powerful and mutually beneficial partnerships.
There are a number of ways that companies and staff can demonstrate their support of ECHO’s mission. If you want to speak in more detail about how you and Emergency Care Help Organization (ECHO) can work together, please contact us.

What kinds of goods should you donate?
Non-perishable food items such as peanut butter, jelly, rice, dried potatoes, and canned meat are greatly appreciated. Other non-food items such as feminine hygiene products, toothbrushes, deodorant, school supplies, toilet paper, etc.
Your financial gift goes a long way as well, and you can trust us to put your dollars to good use because we know what the people need. We see them on a daily basis, and we need dollars so that we can purchase fresh foods and perishable foods such as meats, cheeses, bread, eggs, milk, etc.
Your company may be willing to participate in matching dollar for dollar that is donated. Check with your employer to see if they will match donations brought in by its employees. If they agree to do this please contact us so we can set it up for you.

Encourage your place of business to roll up their sleeves and get involved with volunteering at ECHO. This is a great idea for team-building in the workforce as well as student clubs and other organizations.
Have a toy drive at Christmas, a turkey drive at Thanksgiving or a diaper drive anytime. Make it fun and get your business involved.
