Advocate Coordinator - Full Time

JOB SUMMARY:

Connect neighbors with comprehensive wrap-around services and ensure that all case notes are up to date. Will research and collaborate with nonprofits, churches, and government agencies to connect neighbors with timely resources and support. THIS IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION.
