Donate Goods &  Services

GIVE TODAY

What you can do

15,521 neighbors came through our doors last year looking for a meal . . . looking for change. Meeting the needs of our community is made possible through donations. Your gently-used or surplus clothing and household goods change lives! That’s because your donations.

When you give donated items they are used in one of three ways.

  1. They either go directly to our neighbors in need.
  2. We recycle, re-purpose, and reuse through our upscale, up-cycle at our ECHO Thrift store.
  3. Local neighbors also benefit, as they have come to rely on the bargains at our monthly Thrift sale to make their own ends meet.

You can help by making a personal donation of our most needed items, hosting a donation drive, providing bulk donations, or donating gently used items for the family we serve.

Businesses can also help by providing goods or services.

Our most needed items:

  • Peanut Butter
  • Cereal
  • Dry Soup (Ramen Noodles)
  • Canned Meats
  • Canned Vegetables and Fruit
  • Canned or Bagged beans
  • Diapers/Pull Ups
  • Hygiene Products

Here are some easy steps to follow:

Step 1: Determine whether or not the items you wish to donate are useful.

We can only make use of items that are new, nearly new or gently used. If you don’t have use for your old, tattered items, chances are it will also be a burden to a person in need. Our mission is to promote dignity among those we serve by providing them the things they need to make a fresh start.

A PAIR OF BOOTS

Jim, who was recently homeless, needed work boots for a new job. Besides helping him with the boots, we offered him food and clothing. Jim appreciated the offer, but all he wanted, he said, were the boots. You never know what a difference your donation of clothing and shoes can make in a person’s life!
