ECHO’s Safe Parking Lot Program creates a transitional shelter option for the vehicular homeless by providing safe, overnight parking coupled with supportive, wrap-around services.

Level 1 – Maintenance Care Investment – $150

When your car is your home, repairs and maintenance are essential to survival. This package provides a AAA membership for roadside assistance, as well as a gym membership for a safe place to shower. One-on-one advocacy, affordable housing navigation, and one on one career coaching are also included.

Level 2 – Essential Care Investment – $75

Our hot summer nights can make sleeping in the car unbearable. This package provides a battery-powered fan, batteries, a mosquito net, and hygiene items. One-on-one advocacy, affordable housing navigation, and one on one career coaching are also included.

Level 3 Investment – All inclusive Safe Parking Care – $215

This package includes a AAA membership, a gym membership, a battery operated fan, batteries, a mosquito net, and hygiene items. One-on-one advocacy, affordable housing navigation, and one on one career coaching are also included.
